About Us

Texas GI Brass is family owned and operated. Primarily by a husband & wife team who have spent decades in the corporate world but have decided to pursue our passion of owning our own business and serving https://chiefessays.net/ the reloader and reloading community with once fired brass; serving being the key word here.

I have been an NRA Life Member and Texas Rifle Association member for a couple decades, and a former active duty Marine Corps NCO. I have been reloading for about 10 years. My wife and business partner is an absolute genius at administration, organization and finding ways to get things done! So that really makes her the brains of the outfit; she can also put a nice 15 round group from her Browning Hi-Power inside a 3 inch target.

We consider ourselves Constitutionalists and Patriots. We stand by our Faith and our Founding Fathers; we staunchly support the Second Amendment as intended by the Founders. The Second Amendment has nothing to do with hunting (although that is a very nice benefit) but it has everything to do with citizens protecting themselves from tyranny, regardless of where the tyranny comes from.

Here are a couple examples of what our Founders thought:

The basis of our political systems is the right of the people to make and to alter their Constitutions of Government. But the Constitution which at any time exists, till changed by an explicit and authentic act of the whole people, is sacredly obligatory upon all.

~G. Washington, 1796

The strongest reason for people to retain the right to keep and bear arms is, as a last resort, to protect themselves against tyranny in government.

~Thomas Jefferson

Government is not reason, it is not eloquence, it is force; like fire, a troublesome http://essaywriterusa.com servant and a fearful master. Never for a moment should it be left to irresponsible action.

~Attributed to G. Washington

No freeman shall ever be debarred the use of arms.

~Jefferson in the first draft of the Virginia State Constitution

Democracy is two wolves and a lamb voting on what to have for lunch. Liberty is a well-armed lamb contesting the vote.

~Ben Franklin

I prefer dangerous freedom over peaceful slavery.

~Thomas Jefferson
